Bad customer experience at Thembi Mall

Bought ice creams Sunday afternoon at Thembi mall at the kiosk only to find out that the ice cream is not available. There was no note to inform the customers that the ice cream is not available and the store refused to refund me. The lady Nomvula told me that the sales at the kiosk doesn't go along with the sales at the till point hence they wont be able to refund me and there's nothing she can help me with.

Till today I haven't received my refund I tried engaging this with the customer care and all I got was sorry and the ref number ***.
