Bad customer care from KFC Piketberg

On the 25 September , I phoned Piketberg KFC for 42 Streetwise 2's at 16:39. I arrived at 17:40 at the Piketberg Branch and hat to waightalmost an hour before being served at 18:39. It was a very bad experience, because the manager did not seem interested in helping us. To top it all, my phone was almost ****** by oa homeless boy that was hanging in KFC . No one of KFC said a thing. I tweeted about my situation on the same day and again on the 30 September, but up to tody, I did not hear a single thing from KFC.
