Bad Crunch wrap review

Ordered a crunch master sweet chilli on the 27th of April at KFC lakeside. To my surprise I opened it and there was no sauce, no lettuce no tomato just the meet with cheese wrapped. When I went back to ask if they out of sauce or lettuce they said they had they will change it. I asked the supervisor at the time why wasn't it done correctly and she couldn't answer.
