Bad collection service
KFC maponya mall has a very bad service, after ordering whatever you want, you still have to go on a very long collection que irregardless whether u buying ice-cream or what, we must que for 45-60 minutes and their orders screen is not working, it's tiring.

15 Feb 2022, 21:55To make matters worse, after a long wait to collect my dunked wings only to find out they were not dunked in their sauce, disappointed and waisted my money at KFC maponya mall, I will never buy anything from them.
