Bad client service

I have been waiting at KFC atlyn for over an hour staff is busy cleaning saying they are waiting for meat, the same meat I see in a stove, which i don't get. Uber and kfc s******s have been given 1st priority what surprises me is that I also made an online order the staff refused to give me an exact time of how long they will take
