Bad client service

<p>Everytime I visit the KFC in Daveyton Sesifikile branch I leave disappointed. Once my order was incomplete, the other time my order was completely wrong and today after having to wait 15, minutes at the drive inn I was told there is no ice cream. I'm making such a big deal over Ice cream because this is not the first time. If they do not have ice cream they don't have a certain ingredient. This normally happens on busy days,which raises the question: is this the first time they have a busy day? Do they not know how to forecast for such days? To top it off, the sales people have the nerve to use a condescending tone to tell you they can't help. I plead with KFC to have a look at this.</p>
