Bad client service

I went into a drive through at kfc mokopane. When I was waiting for my food someone bumped my car behind. I immediately called the security guy and told him to atleast call the manager to call the police. The manager refused to call the police and said it had nothing to do with her. I explained yhat the accident occurred within the premises of kfc and the least she could do is to assist me but she adamantly refused
