Bad client experience

I had a bad experience at KFC Prospecton,Durban as a result I left my order there. I made an error of ordering 2 * Streetwise Chips instead of 1 and they flatly refused to assist me to correct it saying they dont do refunds. The way they beg you when they want you to give them excellent service but they are not willing to meet you halfway when you made an error.
