bad chicken

on the 25 of september i was told that i would get a call back from the lady working at kfc in blue route tokia. she never called to resolve my matter. my complaint was of chicken that went off. my stomach was not good after eating that. well it was said there was nothing rong with that batch of chicken, i was not the only one. on f.book i posted it and there was alot of people saying they also experienced this. why are they not so good with customer service. and people to still support them
