Bad Chicken bad service

Last night we ordered at the drive through at Capricorn KFC. We ordered the dinner deal and small pops, the lady at the drive through taking the order was great but its what happened after receiving our goods.

We received our food within seconds which was great, we drove off and we gave my daughter her pops that we ordered when opening the box there was literally 5 small pops inside the box was not even half filled. We turned around I spoke to the cashier who was also friendly and corrected this for us and off I went. When I got home and we opened the box that had the chicken. The chicken looked horrible like it was fried in burnt old oil as there were black spots on it the skin was not crispy at all and it certainly was not the chicken I know. For a minute I thought someone made it at their own home.

I rushed all the way back to KFC and spoke to the manager on duty who was Naeem, when he saw the chicken he looked at it shocked and all I got from him is sorry I will fix this.

Great that he fixed it but my customer experience has been highly impacted as this was my second time going back on the same order, no empathy and any sort of reassurance that this is not the type of quality that should leave our branch.
