BAD chicken, BAD Chips, ********** customer service.

A terrible experience made worse by the fact that I reported it on their website and did not even receive a response let alone an apology.

Last week I went to the Queensmeed KFC, ordered a 21 bucket, and sides for 7 people.

The chicken was so drenched in oil it wasn't even a little crispy, the skin was falling off. The pieces themselves were tiny and seems to have been interfered with. When I say you could have added 10 more pieces to the bucket and it still wouldn't have been full is not an understatement.

Further, the Chips were clearly stale and floppy, 2 x tomato sauce's were given, No salt, and Everything was jammed into one bag, who's handles broke before I had even left the store.

I took photos and submitted them on the site, and no response.

I will not be going back in a hurry.
