Bad chicken all the time

I live in Belhar and have to drive to KFC Soneike or Plattekloof to buy our meals. I've complained every time about the chicken and chips that's very dark, oily and dry, which indicates that the oil is old. I'm tired of taking the chicken back for a refund because it's just such a inconvenience and then to drive all the way to a other KFC. Why is this KFC managed so poorly? I find it hard to understand that in these difficult times with all the fast food competition that a KFC will deliver such poor food. I'm utterly disgusted to say the least and I don't want any freebies just fix the problem please.<br> <br>
