bad chicken

I bought chicken between 21:00 and 22h00 on the 31st july.the chicken looked darker than usual and when we ate it it tasted burnt.i immediately contacted kfc and spoke to the manager rene who asked that i come back to the store i told her i cant as i got a lift there and she offered me a free meal at anytime.kfc it is not about the free meal but of the service and quality of food.i will certainly not buy from kfc anymore as i had to throw a 10 pce family treat of R170 away as i refused to serve bad food that i have paid for to my kids
