Bad business

On the 28th my wife ordered a meal from KFC brakpan ... After waiting almost 2 and a half hours of waiting and the driver phoning her 3 times to confirm her work adress and the driver sending my Wife A "Pleae call Me" so she can phone him.... She eventually got her food and was about to eat it when a fly flew out of the box the Burger came in and the food was cold.... She had to Pay R25 for the delivery and her company is not that far from the KFC.... After phoning the manager several times she eventually got hold of him and was told by the staff members that he says he has not time toe speak to her now and is going into a meeting and my wife even heard him say that.... Seems that your company is doing extremely well and dont care about customer service or how they get treated and if this matter is not resolved I will go to head office and have that branch in the papers and every other form of social media ....
