Bad Behaviour

Bought streetwise one mash and asked the lady to give me a side breast,to my surprise she said she's tired.Am I not allowed to choose my own piece.Mind you that I am the one who has to eat what I am being given and it's my money so why should I eat a piece that I don't want?And the soup is burnt!Kfc Beneden Rustenburg!!!The lady should change her behaviour and know the customers right!
