Bad behavior from KFC cashiers

Their cashiers are arrogant, poor communication s**** with their customers. No customer service or whatsoever. The they don't listen to your order but still want to be rude to customers.They need to be trained on customer service. The food the twister is a disaster it's folded everything falls out.
