BAD BAD SERVICE - NOORDHEUWEL

Noordheuwel KFC is AWFUL! Their service is horrible, and not just now and then, it's been a while now. I like KFC and really support this business weekly, but the Noordheuwel KFC is really bad for the image! We've had sooo many wrong orders, or missing items and while I understand long queues, it always takes so long, you cannot go there in a rush. Today, we were there twice (loyal customer as I said). The first time we were in the drive through and we stood still for 25minutes, and there were not a lot of cars. Second time, we were two cars and we still stood still for about 15 minutes watching the car infront of us receive their order, give it back, wait and receive the same two ice creams. I don't even want to return anymore. I keep on giving them chances. It just doesn't get better.
