Bad bad service

I have ordered food from Uber Eats KFC Jansen Park in Boksburg, keep communicating with driver but he could not find my house on time, in 10min i received a message my order is cancalled and im with driver by my door, Then they telling me they will refund me after 7-14 working days, they have my number and i don't have theirs to call, now we don't have food to eat and no money to buy, i want my money back to buy from somewhere else
