Bad bad service

On the 6.6.2026 i have ordered burger and wings at burch acres mall around 10pm after waiting for more than 30 minutes on drive through when i got my order checked and noticed that they gave ne wrong order dunked wings instant of normal wings ,i returned the order back and they asked ne to give wait extra 5 minutes for my wings i waited more than 10 minutes and i have noticed they they are no longer attending me and they starting to vlean preparing to close the restaurant i asked the lady who was cleaning to ask the manager ti refund my money back sincevi have been waiting for over an hour, when the manager arrived she told me she cannot give me my money back as they are preparing the wing, store manager refused to refund me my monry back i was assisted by the security guards who begged her to refund me back even after that the lady took more than 30 minutes while the guards was waiting for her to give me my money back manager Grace Kfc birch acres mall. What a bad service to see managers treating customers like trash a women driving with kids waiting for an order for more than 2 hours and you refused to refund ke back
