BAD BAD SERVICE

on the 2nd i placed an online order with kfc dalpark, after completing order i received comfirmation that i will get an email to confirm, but nothing, instead i only received email confirmation from my bank that the money has been deducted by kfc, after waiting for a hr i called the restaurant, and they told me theres nothing on their side for an online order,

I called the call centre and they wanted bank statement to show that the money was deducted, which i forwarded including a screenshot that shows that i had placed the order.

After holding on a call for almost an hr again , i demanded my refund, its now the 16th and i havent had any communications from them, whenever i call the call centre i hold for 30min +.

KFC can you please refund me my money, now otherwise i have a right to get interest on it, because youre with-holding my money.
