bad bad service

KFC RAISETHORPE (CHOTA MOTALA RD) Shop 8, 453-532 Chota Motala Road, Raisethorpe, pietermaritzburg, Kwa Zulu Natal, 3201, SouthAfrica So after receiving bad service a few times at this store I had to write out this complain.

I visited the store as details supp**** above and had to once again walk out unsatisfied without even purchasing and go to another KFC to quench my hunger for KFC. This time as I indicated its not the first I ordered a 10 piece family treat to which I Was told at (bet 5:pm and 6pm) supper time that I could not have that meal as they did not have the snack burgers. I said it was fine can you please replace the snack burgers with anything else and I will take it. I was then told that they could not replace the snack burger and that I should order something else. The apparent excuse was that the burger buns were too expensive to replace with anything else. What a laugh at a comment of that nature because that is none of my business… I did get my Kfc yesterday by driving to another store at Northway mall PMB. The service at this branch is really terrible and frustrating…There are always excuses and ALWAYS shortages…. I will also be putting this on Hello Peter.
