Bad bad KFC customer service

I am very very disappointed in KFC customer service. I complained about bad service and the inferior meal I received at WILROGATE KFC already in 2017 and they still did not resolve my issue. By making empty promises you wont sort it out. How long must I still wait. Infact I don't know what you up to. Cos now you blocked me on messenger and to make comments on your page. Don't shut me up. Get the store to apologise and replace my meal.
