Bad bad customer service

I’m a big fan of Kfc,but when it comes to the branch of V&A waterfront,the service is horrible. Yesterday I went there with my friend to just buy a snack,I ordered a bucket for 1 and I clearly advise the cashier that I want a side breast,she looked so surprised and I was like is there any issue She said to me the bucket for 1 doesn’t come with side breast ,I told her that I’m buying that in Adderly street and Gardens Mill street I never had the problem,she said it’s not allowed there. One of the workers there advised the cashier to sell it for me and even confirm from those ladies who are dealing with the orders to process my bucket and they said yes Immediately I pay with my card they advise me that unfortunately they can’t give me with my order Then I requested my money back and the cashier didn’t hesitate to give me the money and he called the manager by the name of Joseph with horrible customer service who was in a hurry not even apologetic Just open the till and authorised my order I’m saying it again that store is horrible and this time you will never ever see me again
