Bad bad custom service

I'm so disappointed right now words cannot explain .I'm not one to complain but I value good customer service. I just went to KFC Northern Drive in Phoenix.... The customer service was really disgusting. I went in to buy my daughter Ice cream after we been to a doctor and her favorite meal Streetwise mix. I was told the Ice cream is melted and I decided to get her Krusher S/Berry Sunrise, which was terrible because they didn't add Sprite...it's was bitter. I advised the cashier Philli and she turned, gave me a dirty look and continued with packing without saying a word. Before we could live, my daughter said she doesn't want it because it's bitter . As we're leaving, they just looked at us and laughed. I was so embarrassed and ashamed. They made me feel as if I'm just a no body.My daughter didn't finish the Krusher and we had to throw it away. I wasted my money and received bad customer service. I'm done with KFC and they bad customer service. Your staff has no respect for their customers and they feel as they're doing us a favor. I let's not even mention the chicken, it's was so bad just like they customer service.
