Bad, bad, bad service

Today i placed an order at KFC Denlyn at 6:05 online (kfc website) order was confirmed to be delivered after 30min. I waited until 7:30pm. I tried calling the store no one answered. I then called customer service and was told to follow up with the store, the lady i spoke to took my details and said she will do the same. I called the delivery call centre and the lady said she will follow up with the store. Immediately after talking to her the delivery guy called to say he has arrived. He came with an incomplete order, our drinks were not included in the order delivered. He said he was going back to get them. He came back with the wrong flavor on one of the drinks. When i opened my food there was no sweet chilli sauce for my nuggets.

The store didn't even bother to call and lwt us know the order was takimg longer than anticipated and on top of that the order was incomplete with wrong flavor drinks and one item missing.

This is totally unacceptable and someone must take accountability and be delt with
