BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

On Saturday 07 Feb 2015. I stopped at KFC hazel dean square. I decided to go into the shop rather than the drive through because their drive through is pathetic. after sanding in line for 15minutes, I placed my order. The lady started packing my order, put the chips and wings on the counter and left... after about 5 min I noticed that nothing was happening with my order. I then enquired what was going on, I was only then informed that the chicken pieces was finished and I would have to wait 20 MINUTES for my order!! This is appalling!!! kfc is labelled as a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT... it took close to 3/4 of an hour for a simple 6piece family treat... this is unacceptable. This KFC is the worst you stand in the drive through just as long. and all they do is pull up their shoulders!!! Can no one see when something is almost finished and not wait until it is before refilling?? Where is the manager? and what the hell was he or she managing??? I WILL NEVER EVER EVER STOP THERE AGAIN!!! AND WILL TELL EVERYONE OF THIS BAD SERVICE!!!!!
