Bad bad bad

I ordered a 2 zinger box masters and mash and got 2 normal box masters with mash and gravy.. The order was completely wrong and the we waited 20min in the drive thru... This franchise should be ashamed of their lack of experience and poor management. So far this has been my worst experience of any KFC!!!
