Bad bad

Was at kfc I'm Waterfront today and it is do unorganized and the staff Is so rude.. I think they need to go on training.. no customer service and it seems as if they don't know what they doing.. There is a extremely long line of people waiting for their food and all the food is on the counter yet there is no one giving the food.. I had to wait literally 20mins just for a streetwise 2 I am so disgusted with the service really..
