Bad attitute,slow and un organised staff

was at kfc Nelson Mandela street in Bloemfontein and was shocked at the most horrible customer service I got with my family,it was on the 26/9/2015 around 13:24pm on a Saturday and Bloemfontein at that time of the month and day and time is busy and we expect people to be on their toes especially at that branch that serves greater Bloemfontein cbd...the drive through was horribly slow and when I got out of the car to buy from inside the store to my surprise the cashier would take an order then stop and go server you and leave the other customers waiting ,this was so slow and frustrating that I had to ask to speak to the manager to see if they cant have one cashier taking order and payments while other staff members serve the orders and she told me that is not possible and that's how they work and that people must eat at their houses and stop complaining...I asked her Name and she told me her name is Sheila and I bet you nothing happened she just turned and walked away with that horrible attitude and people from the drive through and inside the store were so annoyed and I hear that branch always has issues with customer service.kfc please make a plan cos I wold have slapped her.bad
