Bad Attitute

Went to KFC Pretorius in Pretoria central and there was a very long queue and only one cashier serving us, After waiting for about 10 minutes I went to the cashier by the name of Mpumi to ask her if we can get an extra cashier to assist her . Lady there was not interested in me, she then said it is not her problem that there was a long queue and if I am not satisfied with the service I can go buy elsewhere. I asked to speak to her manager and when he came, did not apologise for the poor service and looked equally disinterested. When I asked him why service was poor, he said to me \that's how they operate and he left me waiting by the counter. I left without ordering anything because no one was interested on my complain even apologised to for poor service. Really shocking and inexcusable. "
