Bad Attitude,Rudeness,Poor Customer Service,Unprofessional Manager

On 29th Dec 2017. We went to KFC drive through and when we got there we were told that they are closing however there was no sign that they are close at 9pm. The customer before us was services and we got there same time, ok one of the ladies came and advise us that there is no meat and asked if we can wait for the meat to be cooked and we said it's fine we will wait. As we were standing on the drive through window the kitchen staff started telling us that they are closing it is late they want to go home and we told them that we are still waiting for the meat as promised they told us we are not getting any meat they are closing. We asked to speak to the Manager and the Manager (Maruza) came we explained what happened however the manager himself told us that we will wait there till don because they are not going to services us it is late. They called the Police and Arm Response however we told them we are wait for don as per the Managers instruction, The Police and the Arm Response left and agreed that we have the right to be if we got such response from the manager himself. The Manager and the staff physically remove the lady that I was with on the window and injured her on the finger.
