BAD ATTITUDE!!! Violence

On the 7 February 2014. I went buy a box my self a box. Cashier who attended was LUCIA. I asked for a box master. I said may please have a spicy 1. She said the is no spicy box master with a very unpleasant tone . She gave me different options normal zinger . I responded back and said isn't Zinger same as spicy. With bad attitude she busted and said the is no such. I removed myself i asked siphokazi to help me Lucia kept on giving me dirty looks i asked her what is her problem. Then Lucia swore at me and said FOTSEK in front of the customers.The Siphokazi told Lucia to stop back chatting because she has to serve customers to MAKE THE Situation worse Lucia left her cash register she wanted to attack me her co workers had to calm her down. As customer i didn't expect this . It was very embarrassing.
