Bad attitude over a serviette
I was recently in KFC Sammy Marks and the service I received from Karabo (cashier ) was good. My only issue was from the lady who was calling out orders to collect, she was rude from the beginning and gave me attitude when I collected my order and asked for a serviette. She was so loud and screamed at me and said that they sold serviettes and don't give them out for free.
