BAD ATTITUDE & OLD CHICKEN :(

We went to KFC Brakenhurst to buy 2 Double Crunch burgers and Wicked Zinger Box Meal. When we got home and ready to eat the chicken on all the burgers and even the Zinger wings were smelling very bad and all off. The smell alone of the chicken put us off. So we called customer care and they helped us and advised us to take the meal back. When we went take the meal back to Brackenhurst KFC we asked to speak the manager, waiting for about 10 - 15 min they said us another lady that was from the staff and asked us to assist us, when we asked if she was the manager she hesitated to give me an answer and then went to get the manager. After a while of waiting the manager decided to assist me with excuse after excuse. Very disappointed.
