Bad attitude from the staff member and the manager. Insufficient information to my questions. Not friendly and not helpful and the manager refused to give me his full names when i told him that i will complain.

On the 07.11.17 arround 16.15 I went to KFC in Belhar, I went through the drive tru. Upon my arrival I slowed down the vehicle and it was not clear to me on where to place my order. Then I decided to go to the window where I normally order whenever I go there. I stood by the window for couple of minutes because there was no one and the window was close. Next to my car there was a security officer insulted by the coloured lady, i listened to them while i was waiting for assistance. I realised that there was no one coming so i decided to proceed to the next window which was written order and collect. When I got there the guy on the window asked for a slip I told him that I have not pay yet as there was nobody to assist me so he said there was someone it is me who didnt stop to order. I told hom that I dont want to argue with him and I asked hom are there any cameras when I was so he spoke on the headphone that he had and repeated what i have told him. Again he came back and said there was someone and they said I didnt stop so he instructed me to go back to order and I told him that I cannot reverse as there was a car behind he then said he cannot assist me. After he told me that I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager I asked to speak to someone else then the other lady came and told me that they all have the headphones so they didnt hear me driving passing the speaker box at the same time she said when I got there I was supposed to greet so that they can take my order as if she is saying i did pass but I did not greet. So we started argueing and I kept on asking if they have cameras so that it will prove my arguement but the didnt respond. While we were arguing the lady just decided to leave and I asked her not to because I needed a resolution to the problem and I just wanted to buy and leave she kept on going. Then the same guy came and he had a very bad attitude and I showed him what the lady was doing and he rep**** by saying they cannot give us respect if we dont give them respect so I asked him what is it that i said and showed no respected because he cannot promote was the lady was doing and say what he was saying we argue because he was shouting at me I said to him im done talking and i needed his name and saurname and he showed me his name tag that had a name only when I asked his surname he said he doesnt want to give it to me because if it was important for me to know his surname it would have been written on the tag and he did not give the name of the lady at all. While we were busy talking a guy introduced himself as the manager Badze appologised for his colleagues behaviour and explain the procedure and he directed me to where I will be assisted so he assist me and I bought what i wanted to buy. He told me the guys name was Mfundo Sotashe and the ladys name was Olwethu. I was very angry because the lady herself gave me a bad attitude and worse part they made me seem to be the one who is not telling the truth those they are the ones who didnot attend to me and i continued because i was unsure where to go.
