Bad attitude from staff member

I went to Ventersdorp KFC today (09 August 2020) to buy my food. I used drive way but there was not one at the first speaker/stop to assist so I proceeded to another stop and the was no one. On the last window I was help by a lady called Sarah she helped me well but there was a lady named Lerato who was very rude to me telling me to go back she did not even give me a chance to explain that the was no one to help me on other stops/windows. I was so angry I even regretted why I went to KFC and I am a regular customer at the same KFC in Ventersdorp. My number is ***
