Bad attitude from staff and incorrect food

My partner and I visited your Ottery Centre branch (behind China Town) on Sat, 26/09 - BIGGEST MISTAKE. We were assisted by a very unfriendly and irritated Ziyanda who took our order. My order - streetwise two (where I requested a drumstick and thigh) and coleslaw; my partner - sweet chilli tower burger meal.

Our order arrived - incorrect chicken pieces (breast and wing) and no chips with the burger meal. I then go back to the counter to inform. After three attempts of "excuse me" to Nomveliso, I finally get a reaction. Nomveliso then exchanges my meal order and adds the chips. Now to my knowledge, upon order of coleslaw, a s**** should be given. For the third time I had to get up, pray that I get someones' attention at the counter (the staff aren't afraid to show they ignore one) to request a s****. At this point my appetite is long gone.

Tip for myself: NEVER set foot in Ottery KFC again. Tip for staff members on duty especially Ziyanda: Pay a visit to Rosmead KFC and Parklands KFC where you receive exceptional service. The staff ask the required questions and provide the customers with their correct order for which the customer had PAID for.
