bad attitude from manager and staff

I told myself never to go to the KFC in douglasdale shopping centre again...reason being every time I get home some of the food that I ordered was not in the bag.....lol after they told me what is in the bag before handing it over. I asked for a mash and gravy she repeated mash and gravy and I paid for mash and gravy and did not receive it. I asked for 3 cream ***** one raspberry and 2 milky bar, she repeated the order. This time I only got handed 1 raspberry and one milky bar. I said I asked for 3. so the so called manager came and gave me this looooong explanation about he can see that I am angry but I must please understand that he is short staffed today and his permanent staff did not pitch up for work and that only the temps are there today....you must hear the best!!!!! he told me he has had complaints the whole day and I must understand. Hey everyone correct me if I am not right....I pay for a service and I don't get the service. I am shocked to say the least I will be going to the four ways review.....to let everyone know about the bad service and the attitude of the manager
