Bad attitude from Diepsloot kfc

Diepsloot kfc I always get a good service but this time I had a bad service from Mr Frans.I wanted a zinger box master with normal sauce,I had to repeat myself 4 times and still Mr Frans didn't understand me.He punched the order give me receipt just to get rid of me and the he pulled down his mask and went to the order packer,he said " mo direle classic o tswe mo yena " , BAD ATTITUDE towards customer.
