Bad Attitude from cashier

<p>I went to the KFC in Northriding this evening and was assisted by a lady by the name Dimakatso. Firstly when I got to the counter I had to greet her. As I was trying to order, it was like she was being forced to take the order. I eventually ordered and when she gave me the slip I asked why one of the items I had ordered was not there., she told me she would order it. I waited till my other order came out. As I was collecting my order thats when I asked wen my other item will be ordered, only then the order was placed. The attitude towards the other customers was totally different as I could hear her upselling and greeting the other customers which didnt happen to me.</p>
