Bad attitude

I just bought KFC at gugulethu mall , we waited for the meat as per norm then after 10min we received our order- firstly the lady that was calling out orders told us we did not buy mini loafs and we did as we used the self service kiosk . I had to go fetch money as I was about to buy again my partner came with the online receipt that showed we paid for the bread and they gave it to us. There after we asked for SODAWATER for the two of us she then they gave a quarter of a cup for both of us. We let it go- after our meal we then asked for another cup of SODA .the same serving lady made a huge sigh as if I was bothering her somehow- she then went to the manager and asked if she can give me the water ,manager agreed and the manager passed a silly comment that I need to pay for the cup next time . I asked them why don’t other KFC branches behave the way they do or even tell us to buy a cup giving the attitude! It is sickening having to tolerate the service that is rendered at gugulethu KFC -if the staff doesn’t want to be here then they must look for a job somewhere else as this is disgusting and degrading for the brand KFC !!! We pay for the food and we choose to come here not because we can not drive to other branches , but this treatment is not acceptable more especially from the manager !!!!
