Bad attitude

Kfc Phumulani went there during my lunch hour at 12 o’clock I bought my food n waited for pickup area,the lady by the name of Renelwe started to ask questions n make jokes with me on front of customers I did not answer her anything, I kept waiting until my order comes , she continued with talking and they were laughing at the back and delayed my food , I left there at 12:20 n they went not buzy.
