Bad Attitude and Unprofessional Behaviour

<p>KFC is one of my favourite franchises however I had the worse experience in my life. On Saturday morning at about 1:20am (28/01/2017), I’ve visited KFC Pretorius Street (Pretoria) with my friends to buy food whereby a cashier by the name of Stress or something assisted us and impolitely rep**** “there is no chicken”. When we asked her why she is giving us attitude, she once again rep**** “there is no chicken” and walked away. We requested to speak to the Manager and to my surprise “no manager available”- Wow. Later on, the security guard came to us and asks us if he can assist. So while explaining the incident to him, Stress continued to shout at us, continue to speak in her language and even told us to “**** Off – you guys are drunk”. The situation became very bad because of her behaviour and the way she treated us. I have never experience such terrible and unprofessional services. I am taking this matter further and this is just to inform you of your staff member and their behaviour.</p> <p> </p>
