Bad attitude and slow service

I have experienced the worst service today..the cashier named Stephina at KFC Polokwane Market street just gave me an unnecessary attitude..she was impatient,again her and her colleague were laughing when other customers complained of how bad their service was,which was really because only one cashier was working whereas the que was going through the door..
