Bad Attitude and service

I went to KFC shell century city to buy Streetwise two pap and zinger wings but before we get to the wrong order,the cashier by the name of Smangele gave us a bad attitude from the start ,she even went further by swearing at us,by us i mean me and my taxify driver,i had to go inside the store to speak to the manager by the name of Esmeralda who also is not very well customer orientated but she said she will take action,after i went home i discovered that the meal i ordered is not the one i was given,so i went back to complain but i was just told sorry about that by the manager and she never shown some sympathy towards me as a customer,the cashier came and she did not even apologized even in front of the manager as she continued to say i am the one who is wrong,if their drive thru have recording the can listen as i can provide the time of my purchase,the driver that i was using said to me he was given the same attitude weeks ago that is why i am complaining as the guys at that KFC needs some customer service training,overall the service at that KFC is very bad and needs to be taken seriously.
