Bad attitude and service.

KFC in Queenstown in Carthcart road, 03 December 2017. We placed an order for two toasties and cappuccinos. We then left understandable that the order will take some time. We came back 15 minutes later and the order wasnt ready. The staff started arguing as to who is going to prepare the order.

After a few minutes of them arguing we then asked what was happening, No one gave an answer instead they ignored us.

10 minutes went by we are still waiting and only then they told us the order is getting started.

We waited, 15 minutes later the order still hasn't arrived. We are obviously getting frustrated as we intended to make a quick stop for breakfast and continue our journey to Cape Town.

We then asked to speak to the manager, the manager was busy chatting and laughing with the staff. No one came to us.

Our order arrived another 15 minute later with no so much as an apology for delay.

We felt really disrepected. Even more so because we requested to speak to the manager however we were ignored.
