bad attitude and refused to help

I cannot believe the service at KFV Terrace! After ordering burgers, the buns was hard, I asked them nicely to please make a fresh ones as this is un exemptible. The Manager Godfry came and wanted to give my money back, so I say no I just want a new burger, the lady at the till Donation refused to even look at me when I talked to her and did not want to help me. When I got my new burgers it was hard again! by this time my blood was boiling and the manager got very agro and took my slip and didn't want to give it back so that I can have proof of the person responsible..<br> I demand that something is done with these 2 employees, I refuse to go back to this branch ever again until some drastic changes is made.<br>
