Bad attitude and poor services

I was at the KFC on the 26-01-2019 at 21:15 the sign at the door says we are open 24hrs but the shop was closed I the security (Sbusiso) at the door why a 24 hrs shop is closed at 9pm before time he answered me with a very bad attitude saying I must use the drive through if i want to buy am a walking customer.I asked for the manager Lydia she also gave me an attitude saying she is under stuffed she can't let people in I now wonder if the area manager for this region knows or its just the doings or the stuff that are lazy to work please assist. As I was told to go complain anywhere because this is how things work at their KFC.
