Bad Attitude and Poor Service

The service received was from a Lucy Ngobeni from the KFC in Johannesburg Corner Bree street she had no regard for our woes and while we were asking her questions in regards to the meal we were purchasing she was very rude and the manager that was in on the 26/10/2017 at around 20h30 did not give us his attention.

The kind of service received is uncalled for. Action should be taken.
