BAD ATTITUDE AND NO SKILLS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi Peter<br> This morning i went to KFC at Pretorious street to buy breakfast, only to find a rude and unprofessional cashier by the name of Nurce. We told her that we want to buy breakfast and tea then she said there us no milk but we could see the boxes of milk, then i said to her there is milk she said the tea will be cold. I told her to warm the milk in the microwave she said they wont allow that. I told her that i'm a customer and i want to buy tea she must do it, she showed me some guy by the name of Sello the manager, i called the guy and he came i explained the problem and he called her to service us, that RUDE lady didn't even come when the manager called her. I then went back to her and told he i will log a complain about her she said to me you can go!!!Is that how your KFC staff treat customers??? this is REALLY BAD!!!!
